Experienced Capital Campaign Advisor
Flexible Commitment
Work with five to ten nonprofit clients. Approximately 5 hours per client/organization, per month. (Must have flexibility to meet clients’ scheduling needs across multiple time zones.)
Location
We are a remote-first company. Join a growing team of professionals throughout the USA. Work from anywhere you are. All Capital Campaign Pro meetings are on eastern time.
Skills and Attributes
Must have deep experience in capital campaign fundraising with at least 15 years (preferably more) in campaign consulting. Have led/managed multiple capital campaigns, as well as feasibility studies, ideally across multiple sectors. Self-motivated, problem solver, creative, responsive, responsible, committed, flexible, loyal, honest, and dedicated to helping others. Good listening and writing skills are a must.
A Day in the Life of a Capital Campaign Pro Advisor
Fully remote/virtual… Zoom from the comfort of your home office. Provide strategy, next steps, brainstorming, and advice to nonprofit leaders who are immersed in campaigns. Email draft agenda to clients in advance of twice monthly meetings and send summary notes after each meeting. Check in periodically between meetings. Rely on the Capital Campaign Pro Toolkit for templates and work plan with each client.

Compensation
Starting at $850 per month, per client. (Build up to an average of 15 hours per week {for up to 10 clients} and earn $90k or more annually.)

Happiness Associate
Key Duties
- Provide orientation to new clients
- Support and check in on clients who aren’t fully using the available services
- Manage “happiness gifts” to clients who have something to celebrate, or need encouragement
- Complete exit interviews for departing clients
- Format and manage client-facing reports in coordination with clients’ advisors
- Support Director of Client Happiness with execution of special projects (i.e. new programs and services)
Skills and Attributes Needed
- Strong customer service instincts
- Superb attention to detail, natural problem solver
- Ambitious self-starter, terrific sense of humor, tech savvy
- Familiarity with the inner workings of the non-profit sector; capital campaign awareness a plus
Location, Time Commitment and Compensation
- This is a part-time position, with potential for growth
- Time commitment will vary each month from 25-50 hours each month; most weeks you’ll work 5-10 hours
- We are a remote-first company, which means you can work from anywhere
- Internal work can be done on a flexible schedule, but reasonable availability for work with clients within 9am-5pm EST is a must
- Starting at $30/hour paid twice monthly
